Ingredients

- 1 cup organic (full-fat) coconut milk
- 2 tsp powdered monkfruit
- 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- Cacao nibs (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except cacao nibs) in glass jar.
- Whisk vigorously until well combined.
- Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Garnish with cacao nibs.
Notes
Canned coconut milk tends to work better as it’s generally thicker than boxed.
Best if chilled for 2 hours, or overnight.
